Tuesday, Nov. 27th - Letter K, Number 10

This week we are doing Letter K and we'll be talking about koalas and kangaroos, and we'll be counting to the number 10. Please send your child with something 'K' for show-n-tell.

Also, we'll be starting our assessments this week and continue next week. You'll receive a copy of the results on our last day, December 11th, which is also our Christmas party.

* Kids will peform a couple songs in the last 15 mins of class. Parents are invited!
* We'll need 1 parent volunteer to help throughout the class during the party. Please contact me if you'd like to help out.
* We'll also need some items donated - food, paper plates, napkins, cups
A sign-up sheet will be on the front table starting this week 11/27.
* Assessments will be handed out to parents
* November tuition payments are due & December invoices go out.
Note: December tuition is due January 10th, as usual.

Only 3 Classes Left

Wow! It's hard to believe the semester is almost over. We have only 3 classes left until our Christmas break. I wanted to send out an overview of what's coming up including our Christmas party and last day December 11th! Also, a reminder that there's NO CLASS tomorrow 11/20.

Tuesday, Nov. 6th - Letter I, Number 8

Little Amigos and families,

We had such a fun time at our Halloween party! We read "The Night Before Halloween" by Natasha Wing, decorated (and ate) Halloween cookies, made our own jack-o-lanterns, watched a video, and even got to learn about the letter 'H' for Halloween!!! A very special thank you to Tracy E and Jana B, our parent volunteers for the party. We couldn't have pulled it off without them. Also, thank you to all of you who donated items.

It's hard to believe we're already into November. This coming Tuesday we'll be learning about the letter 'I' and the number 8. For Spanish we'll learn our colors. Please send your child with something for the letter I for show-n-tell.

I have also sent out an electronic copy of October's invoice for your child. Please note that it shows your payment for September which also serves as a receipt. Payments are due November 10th. I will put out the tuition box on the sign-in table on Tuesday. You can place your payment there or give it to me personally.

Finally, we have several pictures from our Halloween party that I'd like to post on the website - http://www.littleamigospreschool.com. Please let me know if I may post pictures of your child on the website or not. I want to respect all our children's privacy.
